Pt Elliot Physio is a registered provider of the GLA:D®  Australia program for people with hip and knee osteoarthritis. GLA:D® is a program of exercise and education designed to help reduce the symptoms of hip and/or knee osteoarthritis. The program improves quality of life, pain and mobility in cases of mild, moderate or severe OA or in people over 40 who have symptoms of OA.
